a typical work day

We hope to arrive in Liberia this Sunday. On Monday, our work day will begin. We have been given an approximate idea of what a day will entail:
Breakfast and Devotional
Leave compound approximately 8 AM
About 30 minute van ride through town
Arrive at worksite and get to work!
Eat lunch at the school
Leave around 3 to 4 PM or later.
Our evenings will be free to share with others, blog, and relax

Lord God how amazing is your plan for us that even as they are continuing their everyday life they are still looking forward to the mission. You have given the " planners" among us a daily program so they may feel comfortable. Surprise them with duties relating to YOUR plan for the mission. May the time in the evening refresh them. May they also develop life changing relationships being a blessing as well as being blessed. May your hand over shadow and protect them. Lord we also lift their families here in your protecting hands. With your light lead them in the dance.

May the Lord bless and keep you. I will be following your blog and praying for you while you are in Liberia. Thank you for keeping this blog and sharing your experiences with us back home. I did the same last year while in Zambia and found that my blog became sacred space for me and others. May it be so for you.
